Where are you located?

We’re located at 26 Duncan St. on the second floor right above our sister property Par-Tee Putt Toronto. Just look for the hot pink windows and neon signage.

How do I book?

Smash the Book Now button and select your preferred date and time. We can't wait to see you unleash your inner Pong Champion.

Do I need a reservation?

We'd love to know if you're joining us in advance however we will always have tables available for walk in so feel free to come on down or give us a call!

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We are equipped with an elevator, single level floors and wheelchair accessible washrooms so everyone can enjoy the Par-Tee!le.

How can I get a refund?

As part of our booking policy, we are unable to do refunds after a booking has been completed. That being said, we would be happy to assist with rebooking your reservation to a day and time that is more convenient for you. Kindly let us know which day and time that we can assist with rebooking! Please email info@parteepong.com.

Do you host private venue rentals or events outside of regular operating hours?

Yes, please check out Group Bookings page, complete the form and one of our event specialists will be more than happy to assist you in booking and creating your customized PAR-TEE with you! We have endless options, ideas and suggestions to create the perfect event, specifically tailored for your group. Additionally we can arrange transportation, photography, videography and use of A/V systems as requested.

Are there age restrictions for events?

Age restrictions vary by event. Most of our events are family-friendly until 10 p.m., when we become 19+ due to licensing laws. Don't hesitate to inquire if an event does not list age restrictions.

Do you have food?

Yes! We have a fully-equipped kitchen ready to serve every night during ticketed shows. Food service begins when doors open. Our menu is here. Private events often have custom menus and can vary.

Prohibited Items?

We don’t allow illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (management reserves the right to define), vapor pens and smokeless cigarettes. Please use good judgment.

If you have hard tickets, you can do what you want with your tickets. If you want to transfer ownership of tickets purchased online, please contact AdmitONE.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect present for music lovers, food enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys a great experience. NOTE: Gift cards are only redeemable for food and drink.

Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?

Set times are always at the discretion of the artists and are generally posted the day of or a few hours before the event in the event page and on our socials. Please note that set times are subject to change!

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is a four level parkade directly across the street from Revelry Food + Music Hub. There is also a surface parking lot behind the venue.

Once inside, can I leave the venue and come back?

Yes, we allow ins and outs – Please make sure to get the proper stamp from our Security Guards. No drinks are allowed to leave the building.

Can I bring in my own food and/or drinks?

No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks.

We sell Chips at the bar

Am I allowed to film or photograph my favorite band?

Photo policy is determined by the artist and is usually not determined until day-of-show. Typically, non-professional cameras (point and shoot and cellphones) are permitted. Do not bring professional photo or video equipment to the venue unless you have been given permission by the artist to do so. Email us at hello@revelrykelowna.com in advance if you'd like to cover the show.

Can I smoke or vape in the venue?

No, it is illegal to smoke anything inside the venue. If you violate this, you will be immediately escorted out of the building and not allowed back in. You will not get a ticket refund either. Please DO NOT smoke inside the venue!
